- Powdered Latex Exam Glove

The Microflex ColorTouch exam glove is made from natural latex material. As the name would suggest, ColorTouch gloves come in a variety of colors: pink, green, blue. Nurses can now match the color of exam gloves to their scrub uniform. In addition to raising one's fashion sense, the use of color variety for medical gloves has utility. The color of exam gloves can be used to quickly give visual aid to healthcare professionals on the material type used if the facility uses synthetic gloves as well.

Interestingly enough, the Microflex ColorTouch gloves have a peppermint scent. For staff that dislike the smell of latex rubber, the ColorTouch glove may be a welcome change.

*** Caution: The Microflex ColorTouch latex gloves are powdered. The FDA advises against powdered gloves since the powdering agents can lead to dangerous allergic reactions in individuals. Consider the powder-free glove version by Microflex: ColorTouch Pink.
